Niru lies and avoided your call. She is rude and abrupt and knows nothing about insurance. My commercial insurance was with volunteer. Niru bought the agency and never told the clients them over night they move! Again no notice to clients. Worst customer service! Would not recommend

Just renewed for 8th year with car and home insurance. Very happy with personal service and support given when we needed advice. Helped us work out best approach for insuring car abroad and in addressing liability issue with neighbors tree which was in danger of causing damage to our property.

Worst insurance agent ever. just a warning, if you ever get into an accident you are the one actually doing the legwork. When it comes to following up they are NEVER around. God forbid you change insurance companies.the transition was a nightmare.

This idiot place does not even exist in Arlington. Four months ago I went to the building to find out that they have moved to 40 miles away to Littleton, MA. without any notice to the customer. On the web they still maintain the Arlington address, a total fraud. Every time I went to the office, they were more occupied selling women shoes on line than insurance.

In terms of calling customer their excuse was that its illegal to call the customer even if they had problem with insurance which never happened to me with other companies! Because of them I will never go with SAFETY INSURENCE
