JFA has been our insurance broker for 25 years and we could not imagine any other company handling our commercial insurance needs. JFA is absolutely the BEST at professionalism, managing their clients accounts, keeping up with their clients needs and being an easy-to-understand reliable and consistent source of insurance information. The staff is always courteous, moves at lightening pace and always follows up to ensure everything was resolved or clarified. They set the standard for which other companies should strive to achieve.
