I have been working with The Insurance Man for my Auto Insurance since I got my first car over 20 years ago. Hi Jamie, thank you for helping my husband and I lock into an excellent auto insurance plan last June after with loss our coverage we had for many years due to 3 accidents in a two year span. The intial rate with the new insurance provider was much lower than we anticipated and even better, it dropped by 30% after a year with no accidents. What a nice surprise. You know your business. I was referred here by a friend after I was spending a lot of time trying to get my own insurance quotes. I worked with Hunter through the process and he found me a home and auto policy (the same as my current plan) for $100 less PER MONTH! They were able to get my plan processed even through the pandemic and dealing with the shut downs which was so amazing because I needed this plan before settlement.
I was also helped by Chris Foley who seemed to drop everything to expeditiously help me get this plan before settlement. Both Hunter and Chris were so helpful and kind. I highly recommend them and I don't know how people shop for insurance without them! They saved me so much time and money and I'm grateful I was referred here. Thank you guys so much!

Came here to register a car I bought in Abington. Process was pretty painless. I couldn't hot spot my phone to open up my insurance info on my laptop, so they were nice enough to let me log onto one of their computers to print out my info. The only knock was filling out the forms. The front desk person was very nice but pointed me to sign the wrong line on the title, which she did addend and filled out the proper paperwork.
She also put my old old address on the second form, forcing her to re-write the whole form. And finally, after being pulled over, she might have also put down the license plate incorrectly which I physically put on the front counter (will know for certain when the registration paperwork comes in). She had a lot of personal issues going on, but she was also very friendly and apologetic. So some points for putting on a good face. As for as titling services, I've had worse experiences in center city, so kudos to this friendly bunch.

Okay, let's talk customer service. As a customer, there are some things you just deal with. A brusque interaction? Maybe the person was having a bad day. A condescending tone? Yeah, Pennsylvania auto tag rules are ridiculously bureaucratic and confusing, so I need some help. General unfriendliness? That's why they call it Southern Hospitality, not Pennsylvania Hospitality.
I can deal with all that. Incorrect information? Inexcusable. We have to count on these auto tags places to be the expert. If I present a title that has been signed over to me, I'm counting on the auto tag rep to help me with what to do. Not turn me away because the seller made a typo. The only thing I can be grateful for is that the rude attitude made me question the validity of this woman's statements, and I called Bubby's for a second opinion. They were able to help me, and it turns out the woman at Fran's was completely wrong.
