As a agent and director of the company, I want to congratulate Nazareth Mutual for achieving over 175 years of providing insurance coverages to property owners and tenants of Pennsylvania.

We had over 40,000 in covered damage with this company And reported the to the state 3/2/22 as non compliant all the damage was covered including; never again here the company was referred to us through towels insurance broker Whitehall Was a total rip off. It really didn't matter what the damage was it was never covered their going around selling insurance Towels Whitehall as the broker and didn't pay claims sadly many others have been burnt Rip Off here Crawford was the claims agent

I called this guy called Rick about my claim, he never called me back. They assigned an Adjuster called Toby Bell, he is unprofessional and not worth an Adjuster.

They sent me a picture of my roof with some moss on it and told me I had to replace the whole roof or they would drop my coverage. I laughed out loud and am switching my homeowners insurance as soon as possible! Here is a picture of my roof after cleaning the moss. Judge for yourself if this is a roof that needs to be replaced.

After 9 years of claim free history with Nazareth Mutual they denied my claim for water damage. Had to switch to competing insurance company. Nazareth Mutual apppears to be be in business to take your premium payments and leave you hanging dry when you have damages. Highly unethical. Wouldn't recommend. No good feelings towards Lake Region Insurance as well (0 support).

ZERO Stars. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scam artists at all costs. When I asked about a claim before even filing it I was told I would lose my "no claim discount" and almost discouraged from filing a claim. Mind you I had never made a claim after over 15 years of coverage. But I filed anyway and after being strung along for months with their shady Gerald Williams adjustment company, my claim was denied.

One reason was that "previous photos indicate damage already existed". They conveniently ignored the photos I had to send them of repairs that were made previously. I will be dropping this company like a bad habit and going WAY out of my way to encourage any other customers to do so and discourage any new potential customers from becoming a customer.

If I could this company 0 stars I would because all they do is take your money and not pay out when there is a claim. They also would want you to remove your tranpoli and keep sending inspectors to see if they find any reason to raise your deductible all the way to the moon so when there is a a claim they would pay little or nothing at all. It is a little bottom of the barrel company with intentions to make money and get bigger on the clients dime but pay any claims.

Please yourself a favor and stick with a big reputable company like state farm, all state, etc. DO Not put your family and belongings at risk as well as your home because they are cheaper than rest because you will get what you pay for which nothing but headaches, expenses and aggravation. THE WORST company in the entire world, not trustworthy.

They are very competitive price wise I have not had a claim with them as of yet so I am unsure on how their claim service is.

Been with them for 10 years now on our old and new house. Not one single problem with them. When our basement was flooded from a backed up line we called the clean up company and the plumber. Both were covered. No problems with the claim or the adjuster.

First and foremost, their quote is very aggressive and will save you money each year. Secondly, a few weeks ago when it was freezing outside, my pipes broke and had water pouring down the ceiling downstairs. I was so devastated. I called Nazareth Mutual and they told me to call a plumber right away which I did and sent out their adjuster Richard Wowk from Gerald Williams Company.

He was amazing! Did a thorough check and evaluation of the house and understood that being a first time buyer, I had a ton of questions in regards to this whole process. He even sat down with me and helped me write a check list of things I needed to get done, how I can make small improvements throughout the house to prevent this from happening again.

He stayed in contact with me to see if I'm making progress while he moved quickly to ensure he finished his report to send back to Nazareth Mutual. This morning I called Nazareth and spoke to Mike and he told me they will review the report and send out the check this week. I'm not sure how they've gotten bad reviews in the past because I had a truly exceptional experience with Nazareth Mutual and their contractor.

In my opinion, the only ones to complain about this company were not being honest and after a thorough exam by the adjuster, there was some home insurance fraud taking place. Thank you Nazareth for helping me!

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the most crooked, dishonest company I have ever dealt with and I work in the insurance industry. We asked them several times to cancel a policy and the continued coverage without our consent, continuing to bill and take payments from our mortgage company even though they were not authorized to do so.

To this day they have no cancelled the policy and refuse to. They are unprofessional and will tell you they received a document in question but a week later say they never received it. They also refused to pay a vandalism claim that was clearly covered under our policy, they came up with several reasons to not pay including accusing us of creating the damage ourselves.

I would NOT recommend even giving your information to this company for a quote, and if you are insured with them currently, RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. They are a despicable company and should be investigated by the state for insurance fraud.
