The Sidney Sacks Agency is full service, which I really appreciate. I get my business owners insurance from them, as well as several other policies. Bart Sacks was able to get me bonded in about 10 minutes when I came from the Montgomery County Courthouse from out of state. He's only about 1.5 miles from the courthouse, and made my day so much easier. Also, he's a very nice and friendly gentleman. I know his main gig is insurance, but this was simple and convenient.

Each year the audit process is a nightmare. Faith just told me we have no record of my audits for the last two years and did very little research to find out why. So I made some calls to the insurance company directly and found what Faith said was not entirely true. My audits are incomplete and just need a few items to button them up. They are great at doing nothing to help you and love jacking up your rates. I 'm stuck with for a bit longer, however I would recommend staying away from this agency.
