My business was put under the gun, our current insurer decided 5 months into the plan that they no longer wanted to extend coverage for our business for the rest of the year. ARCW was referred to me by a good friend. I was put in touch with Rick Stang and Sheryl Watts immediately started working on my problem. Through out the whole process they stayed in touch with me either through calls or emails to let me know what was going on and that my problem was there's as well, I felt like i mattered, no other agency has ever done that!

We have been using the same company for our home insurance since 2009. It' 's been great experience. We have to contact them around May every year for the new quote, they shop around for us for the best deal. Last year, we have a roof leak - the process was easy and fast to get it fixed. So thankful for our renters insurance. We moved into new apartments - and the property has had fires, electrical surges, lightening strikes, pest infestations, breakins - you name it. We feel so confident knowing Wasson has our back.

Sales was responsive and worked quickly to answer question until the sale was complete. Information provided lacked important details and was incomplete. When we uncovered inaccuracies provided during the sales process, executive leadership had no desire to work things out, didn't even try. In short, they appear to lack general industry knowledge or with held it to get the sale done. Unfortunately can not recommend, would not work with again.

I tried to get workers comp insurance through this agency. Phone calls were not returned by their staff. After a lot of information was given to the agency, they lost it. It seemed like they really did not want business. After months of no quote, and another request for information, that had already been given to them. I gave up. Long story short, I would NEVER try and get insurance with them. Very Poor customer service. I ended up getting insurance through Comegys Insurance Agency in St. Petersburg. What a difference.

I worked with Jeff on our insurance quotes, and he was very helpful and taught us so much about the process. I left the meeting feeling very informed and proud of the decision we made about our family's insurance.
