When my dad passed away they cancelled his policy. I didn't know I was suppose to let them know. It was the last thing on my mind. ok I get that they can't renew his insurance. So I wanted to put it in MY name. They said they were not going to cover it anymore. I asked why. They said because my dad used it a few times! What is insurance for? Plus the ladies were very rude!
