Several months ago I was in the middle of a complicated real estate closing and needed insurance on the property. I had approached two other local agencies and gotten no response. I was literally down to the wire, and wrote John Jagger late the night before insurance had to be certified for the bank. I was amazed not only that he responded at 10:45 pm, but that he worked with me by phone and completed the policy that night, as well as delivering it bound to my mortgage broker by 9 a.m. I will always be a customer of this agency--thank you, John!

I thought it would be helpful to purchase an auto insurance through a local agency. Actually it was not! We bought auto insurance through Lynam in March. The agent found an insurance company that we've never heard. I did question if this company had good reputation. The agent said yes. So we paid for the whole year. Unfortunately we had a horrible car accident on December 15.

Our only car was not drivable after the car accident. It was that person's full responsibility. But I still hoped my agent could help. I called Lynam agency on Monday. They said they would contact our insurance company. A person from our auto insurance company called me on Thursday. I said it was 5 days passed. Why did you call me this late. He said the agent from Lynam gave him a wrong phone number.

So he couldn't reach me. The next day, I went to Lynam office. They said yes, the agent gave the insurance wrong number. They even didn't say sorry. They didn't feel sorry for giving the wrong number. For 5 days, we didn't get any help from Lynam neither our auto insurance. We had one car that was damaged in the car accident. We have two young children who go to school.

My husband and I have to work. I had to call the person's insurance for two days. Finally they agreed to get us a rental car. The Lynam agency only care about money. Period! Do not buy any insurance through them!
