We strive to transform the way persons think about insurance. We will do this by standing ready to lend a hand, promoting stewardship, sharing resources, and becoming a mutual aid unit where together we can all respond to crises. Mutual Aid Agency began as the Mutual Aid Society of Northeastern Kansas.

Kim served as MAA's Vice President and Business Manager from 2012 to 2018, becoming General Manager in 2018. Her experience also includes 12 years as VP of Operations at a bank. In addition to the daily elements of management and oversight, Kim works to drive the board's vision and MAA's mission, ensuring clients' needs are met and keeping operations running smoothly.Kim is a Kansan to her core and enjoys all the outdoor beauty of the Sunflower State.
