Usually, the lowest costing vehicle insurance is your pride and joy classic and antique vehicles. Many everyday insurers offer Stated Value for classics. This sounds good, but there's a problem: The insurer only has to pay the lesser of the Stated Value or Actual Cash Value. That won't cut it for classics.
