(Sadly, indeed rejected this. I assume it's because I mentioned them breaching GDPR, which isn't an allegation if it's the truth.) Honestly, I cannot express enough how much this company isn't worth your time. I was on a small campaign, probably not even 50 people and the level of disorganisation is beyond a joke. I dread to think how Sky is run. Lied to at interview stage, made this clear to management, nothing happened as a result.
No apology, no acknowledgment. Still waiting on a reply from HR from where they've breached GDPR, leaking my personal information to a list of strangers. (This exit interview e-mail was also for Sky, though I worked on The Economist, this tied with the GDPR breach pretty much sums up the quality you can expect from Firstsource) And just to add to Firstsource's general standard of quality, e-mailing me on Indeed about a sales role when my CV states no sales and the fact they currently employed me?
This isn't even going into the lack of feedback, 121's, quality assessments or there atrocious system. If you want a job that you can give 20% to and get 10% back, Firstsource is the company for you. If you want a quality system and management who actually know what they're doing, literally go anywhere else. I could go on, but I assume you get the gist

Critical: Quality Had an interview with them and they asked if I had a disability which I reasoned with yes and they told me they couldn't go ahead with the interview for that exact reason which is discrimination and reported it to hr and they declined to comment which means there hiding something or don't want to admit the truth

This job is for the yes people anything questioned is looked upon as negative. and for a company that boasts about being transparent what a joke. Management lie to make you sell and then once you reach their bonus they can take yours away and you have no way of finding out as nothing is transparent. Place will make you ill from desk hopping each day to computers that u have to self clean as the hygeine is very bad.
Staff canteen food is worrying for health it has to be why the place has rats. Get ready to be treated like you are at infants school again and i am so shocked as to why Skyemployed a company like first source just look at the rating and reviews on google, how can Sky give them a contract based on rating an review tells it all

Worst job ever. They haven't paid me the correct hours and the worse thing is that they don't even care. They see you as a number they don't want you to change campaigns or to progress in anyway. People are terrible and so full of pride and greed and its no a place where you can be mentally happy. Honestly best thing I ever did for my health was living that place.

Awful company to work for. HR Do not keep things confidential. You are literally a number. "You get issued it 4 weeks after training" senior managers have been known to boast about how they have set certain kpi's to sack people to set an example. (Project purge) everyone sleeps with everyone. (4 of the managers are related through relationships) i had a hearing for taking time off to support my family due to my partner undergoing treatment for cancer.
The hearing was after i made them well aware of the situation including having a welfare meeting. "They would rather push u out than help u" It was really disappointing having to put the above as when i first started here 5 years ago it was such a great place to work. But i believe due to the high level of unprofessionalism stemming down from senior managers and HR.
I belive this has made it spiral out of control. Im genuinly hoping someone will read this and act upon it as i have high concern for the staff still working there and feel sorry for them. I walked out of a leaders role to go sign on at the jobcentre. And i honestly believe its the best decision ive ever made in my life.
