I'm so happy with the quality and reliability of wall insurance, and that I can deal with real people who answer the phone when you call with a question. Because, really, when you're dealing with insurance for any reason, you want people who are looking out for you. They've saved me thousands of dollars over the years and when I had trouble with the insurance company of the person who rear ended me, they intervened and got me my reimbursement for time off work, even though I hadn't filed the claim with my insurance.

Wall Insurance has helped me find the best Insurance company for my homeowners and auto policies. The company, Oregon Mutual, works only through agents, and this works great for me. My conversation with Leo this morning was to confirm my mortgage company paid the annual homeowners insurance, which they had. Then, Leo and I talked about a few things when I told him I have to replace my roof and gutters because Leaffilter installation created damage which needs replacing. Leo suggested I make a homeowners claim and let my insurance company deal with Leaffilter to recoup the costs. Wow.

A friendly conversation gives me hope and a better solution to my problem. The roof replacement and gutter replacement estimates were $15,000 compared to my $500 deductable. Thank you Leo! This is why I will always stay with Wall Insurance. My premiums are inline with what I would get from big companies but the service is so much better. They hooked me up with Oregon Mutual Insurance Company.a super awesome company as well. They are local so they respond quickly and they want the repairs done right. Super pleased with my Insurance agent and the company they have me with.

They have consistently found the most appropriate coverage for the best price for us. I sold my place in Dallas last year and bought a ranch in Coos County, but I am still insuring everything through Wall Insurance because the service is so excellent and the staff so competent. They really do take care of everything for me and make sure that I am adequately covered.
