This is the best insurance agency I have ever dealt with. They treat customers like family. That makes a big difference. They always help get the best rates available. The agency has wonderful customer service. I would give them 10 stars if possible. John, the owner and staff go far and above what is needed. We have never had any issues with any of our policies. We have been clients of this agency for over 10 years and no problems.

Kate Kemplin and Sara Nickell were fantastic to work with, quick with responses and turnaround times. If you know what you need, they will do whatever they can to get it for you. I was able to secure all necessary insurance policies for my small business in a very short amount of time with Kate. Sara provided me with life insurance options at affordable prices and multiple options. It's great to work with knowledgeable and compassionate folks but that's Kentucky hospitality. Very attentive professional service. I would suggest to anyone to have them take a look at your plan. We have just as good coverage if not better on some levels, at a lot better price. We are the worst to just pay and not rock the boat, that is a mistake in the insurance business. It is very, very competitive. Thank you Sarah for a great job!
