Mitzie was my agent there. I gave her a week to research my Advantage Plan with NO Response back. I left 3 messages for her to please call me back. When she finally decided to call back she was very rude and wanted to give my case to her manager. I understand she has a lot of customers but if she has to many my case should have been given to someone else. I left a message for the manager to call me back as well. That hasn't happened either. Imagine that!

My husband and I purchased some lakefront property with an older mobile on the lot. Our insurance company refused us a second home policy while we made improvements. I contacted D. Crotts & Assoc. and worked with Dena Byrd. Dena was so helpful and patient with us while we worked through coverage amounts, coverage definitions and limits. Dena is a credit to her field and I'm certain an asset to the agency as well.
