The folks at River City Insurance are extremely professional and responsive. I have used them for auto/homeowner/renter insurance for years, and they make things so easy! I have had the pleasure of being a member of Erie Insurance/River City Insurance for MANY years. It started when my children were very young and since then have grown up and gotten insurance through them for themselves now! I would never think of being with anyone else. Once I did try to compare prices but quickly found out that NO ONE could beat them!
I felt bad for even considering because they are an awesome group that has always been there for me and my issues. I have their auto and now rental. They are friendly and treat me with such respect and compassion. Thank you for everything every time!

Jim and his staff have been great to work with these last few years. My mother also has homeowners insurance through River City with Erie Insurance. She recently suffered a major loss in the tornado damage in the area and Erie Insurance and their adjuster have been outstanding. I highly recommend them and River City Insurance.

Jim and his team are incredibly professional and easy to work with. I have personally used Jim and referred him to clients for commercial projects, workers comp, liability, and flood. If he can not save you money or give you better coverage, he will advise you to stay with current insurance broker or refer you to someone to better help your need, This is not an attribute found in many Insurance companies, which is why I will always go there first.
