Glavinsured Agency

I worked with Glavin Agency for years, our business had its profit sharing with them. Some years after I sold the business they decided to change the profit sharing to a new company. The only profit was for them. Without informing me of the change the cost to me was about $17,000 in penalties. They could have researched and let me know ahead of time but they did not.

I guess the bottom line is their bottom line. They did nothing for me to try and fix it. I was highly disappointed after working with their father for years. Not to mention $17000 poorer. What brought this up was a generic letter talking about medicare options that I got in the mail from them. Never again. I see they responded and that is not true, the account was handled by Glavin Agency. I still have copies of our correspondence if you would care to further discuss it. Otherwise make it right or fess up.

It was a great place to go for insurance. Staff are very friendly. David was very helpful with picking out health insurance and made sure that I understood everything before picking a plan. I would highly recommend this place for insurance needs

I called to see about getting a pick-up truck insurance which was purchased in Wisconsin for our property in Necedah. I spoke with David, who said he was the owner of the company and almost immediately, in an arrogant and rude round about way, stated that they had so much business that they wouldn't insure the truck unless we were willing to dump our other insurance companies and get everything insured through Glavin.

We are happy with our local farm insurance company and we had Glavin years ago quote the property for insurance and their quote was astronomical. All we wanted was a truck quote and he basically told us he didn't need our business as they had plenty. I would never talk to a potential client like this and I certainly would now never use them for anything.

I spoke with someone from Progressive Insurance and they gave us a great rate, they were polite and they didn't hold us ransom for not insuring all of our assets with them. They were easily able to issue the Wisconsin property vehicle with our any attitude.

My husband and I have a policy with Glavinsured. We were so pleased with the way they took time for us and paid attention to our needs. They treated us like family and their staff was so attentive and awesome! We are all about supporting local businesses and I'm glad that we chose them to handle our needs.
