We are an independently-owned, Midwestern Brokerage General Agency, marketing to producers, registered representatives, and property/casualty agencies. We strive for the ideal that agents who work with CFG are able to spend the maximum amount of time doing what they do best - meeting with clients. Our hope is to make insurance and annuity business easy enough to write that it does not distract the agent from their core business, whether that be investment advice, property/casualty insurance or health insurance.
The management of Crossroads Financial Group came up through a traditional Career Agency system, so we've done it all when it comes to the insurance business - from dialing the phone through asking for the referral at the policy delivery appointment. We've experienced enough obstacles on the way through that process to be able to identify at which key points they come up, and we've proactively designed our business processes around helping you avoid the same pitfalls we faced when we were in the field.
