With more than 20 years of retail and customer service experience, including eight years specializing in insurance claims, she is an asset to our team. She holds a bachelor's degree in retail merchandising and management. Dian is also a huge fan of the Peanuts cartoon, and she loves to read, listen to music, swim, and spend time with family and friends.
Melissa is an accomplished and seasoned Customer Service Rep creating top-line results for clients. She is passionate about serving customers insurance needs with fast and efficient service. Melissa lives in River Falls Wisconsin with her husband and three kids. In addition to work and family, Melissa also volunteers for various community events. In her pastime, Melissa enjoys movies and reading but most of all spending time with her family.

My son and daughter in law referred me seven years ago. I have had excellent service always available. The best rates also. Love the news letter.
