Do not misconstrue an "agent" as having your interest at heart. This agency cares only about its revenues from Erie Insurance. Raise your premium 40 percent despite no claims or tickets? Check. Talk over you when you have questions? Check. All the credibility you expect from insurance with a side of rudeness as well.
