I work for one of the larger Trucking Insurance companies and I find them to be a Great source of information and guidance in helping our clients to get what they need and what's the best route to go. Tammy Shelly is the best thing since sliced bread. She very responsive and very knowledge about the different segments of the trucking industry. She is MY Go To Person and has never steered me wrong and everyone she has directed me to have been Nothing Short of Awesome. They make my life easy and my clients are well taken care of. I wish all the companies I worked with were like them! Extremely grateful to have them as Partners in Business!

For more than twenty five years I have partner with Transportation Insurors to place our clients and friends with their Lloyd's of London Programs. I have always find excellent response to my insureds when an unfortunate claim arises, quick response and reasonable settlement, very rare I need to get involved after the claim is reported. As far as customer service, this team goes out of their way to assist and provide answer to the customer in a reasonable time.
To those with bad experience, I say keep in mind that Transportation Insurors is a Managing General Agent that does business with multiples insurance agents around the country. They have no control on the service your agent provides to your insurance needs. The Trucking business is a complex enterprise control by Federal and State Transportation departments, and insurance is as well complex and require expert or specialized agents that are familiar with Cargo Policies, Auto Physical Damage, Bob-Tail, Non-Trucking Liability, Occupational Accidents policies to name a few Transportation insurors offers.

We own a trucking company and will never use this insurance again. If I could give less than a one star, I would. These people are BEYOND rude and unprofessional. They won't communicate with clients properly at all, including horrible attitudes for no apparent reason, not answering the phone but answering when calling from a different number, lack of communication, leaving out huge policy information, and totally screwing you on claims. We are out over $40,000 due to them. They will never have our business or any trucking company we work alongside's business either! Save your money and go elsewhere!
