Bodily Injury Liability - Covers accidental injury or death of another person if caused by you in an automobile related accident. Property Damage Liability - Covers accidental damage to other people's property if caused by you in an automobile related accident. Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist - Covers injury suffered by you, your family and anyone riding in your car against the uninsured / underinsured or hit-and-run driver.
Commercial Property - insures a commercial building and/or business property that you own. Other Structures - This includes other buildings on your property that are not attached to the main building such as a detached garage or storage building but could also be a fence or swimming pool. Contents - This includes furniture, appliances, clothing, rugs and lawn equipment that are not attached to but are contained in the building on your property.
PPO (Preferred Provider Option) policies - these policies generally have a doctor's office copay provision and a calendar year deductible for expenses incurred outside the doctors office. They often include a prescription drug card. H.S.A's (Health Savings Accounts) - these policies provide coverage after you pay the calendar year family deductible.
Cancellation/Postponement - Can provide coverage for certain deposits listed in the policy in the event of a necessary cancellation or postponement of the wedding/event. For example, if the venue suddenly goes out of business and is inaccessible or sudden illness prevents the honorees, parents, grandparents or children of honorees from attending, or an honoree is expectantly called to duty, this coverage can reimburse you for the deposits lost. Lost Deposits - Can provide coverage if a vendor goes out of business, declares bankruptcy before your event, or simply fails to show up.

They've handled our home insurance since 1994, and have helped enormously. I totally appreciate the personal service and friendly manner. The atmosphere is business-like and informal at the same time, and I love that. Small-town, family- style service, while getting the job done. Love that bi-lingual service is extensive, not just lip service.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I called for my father who wanted dump truck insurance. He has called several times in the past year to get a quote. It takes 6 months to get a call for a quote. Then we call back and get cussed out and called liars. Would NEVER EVER Recommend this insurance company to anyone, even my worst enemy. These people are not professional AT All.

Nancy and her team at Crozet Insurance was instrumental in finding the same coverage on a home owner's insurance policy with a rate decrease that would knock you socks off. They checked out an additional auto insurance policy that would deceased the rate further and lower the home owner's deductible. They make the insurance biz easier to digest, while dealing with professionals.

Ridiculous costumer service. Secretary was yelling on the phone as soon as we arrived. Man was trying to smoke a cigar when we walked in the first time. The second time we went, the lady was incredibly rude. Don't understand why a place like this would be so rude. Never recommending this place to anyone.
