We have had them as our insurance company for 10 years now. And will continue forever. These folks are just like your best friend. Anytime I have ever needed anything they went over and beyond to please me. At times I would shake my head in disbelief at how accommodating they were. I highly recommend these people.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. The owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. She called me a liar regarding a phone conversation I had with her commercial agent and after reviewing the call, she found that I was, in fact, telling the truth. We lost out on hundreds of dollars and ended up having to switch agencies after she belittled and degraded my partner and I. I would recommend ANY other agency before this one.

I've always dealt with the Christiansburg office of Wyatt Insurance. Scott Fenton is very professional & knowledgeable yet he always take the time to talk with me about how I'm doing, my needs, etc. He's always quick & responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. My experience with Wyatt Insurance has always been great! I highly recommend them to anyone.
