Horrible company. Had my mobile home insured with them. The day after I received my policy my electric bike was stolen. I had 25k personal property insurance with them. When I told my agent (Nathan Mason) about the loss he told me he doesn't use companies that insure electric bikes). When I told him I wasn't informed of this and hadn't received the policy until the day before the theft he said it wasn't his fault.
This is my worst experience ever dealing with an insurance company. We will settle in small claims, but I don't advise anyone to trust their property with The Adams Agency

Was referred to this agency by a neighbor. Called yesterday and told them I'd recently moved to Yuma and needed insurance on my property. The person who answered the phone told me the agent was busy, and told me to call back in 10 minutes. WHAT? I'm a new customer and looking to spend money with them, and she's telling ME to call back?
I told her to take my number and have the agent call me. I also advised her that telling a potential customer to call back means they probably won't. They'll go on to the next insurance company on the list. She begrudgingly took my number, but I didn't hear back from anyone. Moving on.

Parting is such sweet sorrow. I have been a member of the ADAMS Agency Insurance Co for approximately 25 years. First off I want to commend Diane Chapman as being one of the most helpful and professional agents I have ever encountered. Diane is what kept me coming back for almost 25 years. Although giving her a 5***** rating without fail she justly deserves, I finally had to cut my losses as the last increase in my car insurance was over the top and in my opinion without any justification. I switched and saved almost $200 per a 6 month period. In parting I do wish you the best Diane. You have grace and are an ace. Thanks for your TLC care over the years.
