We hold all documents and monies as required by the purchase contract. No funds or property will change hands until all of the terms and conditions in the contract have been met.
Appraisals ensure the property is valued accurately. A licensed or certified appraiser will assess the size and condition of the property along with additional upgrades and features, then compare to similar houses in the area to determine what the property is worth. You have the option to submit a Buyer Inspection Notice Seller Response (BINSR) to the seller regarding the condition of the property and ask for items to be repaired or remedied.

Pioneer Title, went above and beyond. I recently inherited property from my grandmothers estate. The borrower almost immediately stopped making payments after my grandmothers death. As of now the account is over 4 years delinquent. Not only has Pioneer Title kept the account open, but they have kept exceptional records of accounting fees past, present and future.
The folks at Pioneer Title answered every question thoroughly, they gave me a full understanding of late fees, back taxes, remaining balance, total payout. They fully explained my future options, as well as helped me get started in the direction in which I choose to handle this. Pioneer did a great job on our paperwork, but I felt I had to follow up with them to verify each step. This was made more difficult by the fact that every phone call to them had several seconds of delay, no matter what phone or phone system I used, or even my location. We closed a week ahead of schedule, though, so they definitely did their part.

WOW! I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time. When I read another person's experience with Pioneer Title Agency, it looked like a different company. Well this is My Experience. We contacted Pioneer Title Agency on 5/18/2017, to handle the sale of our previously Rented House in Kingman. Our Escrow closed on 5/26/2017. I have no information on the Details of the other person's Experience, but for my $$$, it would be hard to beat Pioneer Title Agency. We were Delighted with their service.

I opened a two week escrow with this company and after the 5th week it was still not closed. I had all my documents and cashiers check overnighted to them from so Ca. It cost 38.00 to Over Night. 3 weeks later still pending. I've head to initiate every update on the progress. They didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge the receipt of a $50,000.00 cashiers check I sent. They may know how to file the paper work, but customer service is the least on the agenda. Find another escrow company!
