There is a documented link that's there between cannabis and psychosis, and it typically say that those who have a history of mental illness should avoid it. Mental health conditions, especially psychosis, can be more common than you think, and you may wonder if you should continue to use it. Is abstinence the only choice, or is there another option, some sort of middle ground where you can have cannabis while also taking responsibility? There isn't a ton of consensus on this, especially with the relationship that happens between mental health and cannabis, but the associations are still pretty documented.
