I've recently aged out of my parents health insurance plan. Navigating into the Medicare world can be mind boggling, there are many things that must be considered and done in a timely manner. However, the benefits are often times wonderful!. Medicare is available to people who have turned 65 or have received Disability Benefits for 24 months. US citizens & Legal Green Card holders are eligible for Medicare Part A & B the first day of the month of their 65th birthday. If your birthday falls on the first day of the month, you are eligible for Medicare Part A & B the first day of the prior month.
Health insurance has become a nightmare in the past 4 1/2 years. The prices have skyrocketed and I do not know anyone who has not been affected by the results. All preventative is covered by"no money out-of-pocket". However, for instance, if you are going in for a colonoscopy and they find an issue, then that procedure is now curative rather than preventative.

Julie was great - and her whole team so professional - My insurance denied a super expensive claim and she fought against all odds - she was great -she called me many times and dealt with my situation while she had a family emergency of her own. the insurance received the appeal and approved it - i cant thank her and her team enough for this- Thank you JULIE you're the best.

I have used hourglass insurance for years. Julie has helped me tremendously in the past with my health insurance needs. Recently, I have been working with Darlene Hayes who has been extremely helpful in providing me excellent customer service and also helping me pick the best insurance plan for myself and husband. I cannot say enough great things about this company! I felt with Darlene Hayes for getting my health insurance! She is on top of everything, asking me questions I wouldn't even think of asking! They definitely have your back at hourglass insurance. I had some issues with my account and was so confused how this matter could even come about. They took over after one phone call. They spent endless hours on the phone straightening everything out and let me get my own work done so i could run my business. I feel they fought for me and I am so grateful to have such knowledgeable people there for me.

Charlene was so great to work with! I had been having issues signing up with Access Health due to name changes and other little things.
