We were with The Kettle Creek Agency in Weston, Ct for about a dozen years when we lived in Fairfield, Ct. During those years, this agency offered us good and reliable service. However, when we moved out of state very recently & left this agency, the principal, Charles Bartholomae, surprised us: he was markedly inattentive to our needs at this critical time, rude & failed to handle the transfer of all our insurance needs to a new agency in a professional manner. The result is this review; it forewarns others to research carefully your selection of an insurance agency. We do not recommend Kettle Creek. ES
