We co-founded COBRA Intervention because we saw a critical need for health savings solutions. Often, a company's High Risk Terminations (HRT's) are the former employees that disproportionately elect COBRA which significantly increases overall claims costs to the employer, TPA and reinsurers. Meanwhile, the individual Healthcare Marketplace has significantly changed and is no longer replete with options.
