A home inspection and security system were made a requirement, adding further to the cost. I shopped it and found IDENTICAL coverage with a major carrier for less than $3400. That's $3400 vs. $8000. Bankers Charlottesville is a rip-off greed fest.

Recently filed a comprehensive claim and without seeing our truck or ANY PICTURES of our truck or inquiring about the mileage on our truck was told that our truck would be a total loss! I would NOT RECOMMEND BANKER'S INSURANCE TO ANYONE. Adjuster was intimidating and wasn't even interested in hearing what I had to say. Agent is often not available to address our concerns or needs, either out of the office, away from his desk!
