Folks: If your confused about Medicare & all the additional advantage plans available to purchase, look no further. I'm telling you from my heart that Hodges Ins. is the place to go. They answered all our questions, plus made additional recommendations for us to consider. Believe me, it became a much clearer picture after talking with Hodges Ins. So, what are you waiting for? Allison Westmoreland has been my insurance agent for several years. She is AMAZING. She always promptly helps me with my questions and changes to my policy. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. I can't thank her enough for helping with my most recent move. I ended up having to change my policy twice and she made it super easy. When a deer leapt into my car door, I called allison Hodges. It was Memorial Day. She called me back in 5 minutes! She helped me contact the specific insurance provider at Cincinnati Insurance, Dan Duran, who followed up promptly and advised me of options. He was extremely engaging and seemed really intent on helping us find an optimum outcome. I emailed photos to body shop and Dent Busters in Raleigh; they could tell the fix would not be as simple as we'd hoped, potentially requiring removal of the door, some body work and painting.
That would have easily exceeded our deductible of $500, but Dan helped us find an alternative - a Mercedes door at a salvage yard which we simply swapped out, for a total of less than the deductible. End of story. We were very pleased with Allison's response (on a holiday weekend) and Dan's diligence. Overall it was a great experience, relatively speaking. Except for the deer.
