Insurance By Burley Great service - no phone connection, so took the time to set out the quotation in an email and was ready to discuss different options when I called. Most helpful. Was by far the quickest response, out of a number of companies. Their service is very good. And I will tell others to accept their services.

I tried to get a quote for automobile insurance. When I asked for quote excluding bodily injury protection per insurance reform law I was told they can't do that. I told them I have documentation that my health insurance meets qualifications for new law MCL 500.3107d (7)(b)(i). She still told me I have to have minimum protection. Scammers.

This is the most unprofessional insurance company EVER! We dealt with Ashley who was ridiculously rude from the start. Refused to return our call for a quote. I had to Call multiple times to even get her on the phone! Finally got in touch with her and once again she was rude as hell to me. Made it sound like I was to trashy to even be insured. She also lied to the underwriter about my daughter driving's illegally
