My experience with Lenz-Balder over the years has been exceptional. All their staff are knowledgeable, congenial and a pleasure to work with. Christine Hammond is great to work with for determining medical and Medicare benefits. Andrew Yankee has handled my auto insurance. Andrew is one of the kindest and most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. For 3 years, he never strayed from a question or problem, even if it was "after hours". He was always up front with me about everything, and didn't try to sell me on things that weren't necessary. Hands down one of my best experiences with insurance, and he still checks in with me from time to time to make sure I'm doing well.

My family has been doing business with Lenz-Balder for many years. A short time ago I had to file a homeowners claim and my agent (Amy Jalocha) did an outstanding job in getting my home repaired and walked me through the whole process, I simply cannot thank her enough! I couldn't say better things about Andrew Yankee. This was the first time I've been on my own insurance plan, so I was clueless and extremely skeptical. Andrew was so helpful in choosing not only the best coverage, but also the most cost effective. When I was recently in an accident he took care of everything for me.
