Benefit Magic, LLC was founded in 2001 by Andrea Crane, who has had over twenty-five years of experience as a human resources consultant, specializing early in her career in the area of training and development and later in the area of employee benefits. Working as a training consultant to insurance companies for a number of years, Andrea developed a keen interest in insurance, which lead to her subsequent transition to employee benefits as her key area of focus.Prior to founding Benefit Magic, Andrea served as and President and co-founder of Training Consultants Incorporated and then as Chief Knowledge Officer and Vice President of Customer Care for a Chicago-based insurance agency.
