If I could rate Mindy Nielsen a 10 I would! A hundred even! I called panicked at 8:15 am because I had raw sewage backing in in my finished basement, I had no idea what to do! She connected me immediately with a restoration company and then personally came to my house and literally held my hand through this disaster. She helped file my claim, took photos, was a shoulder to cry on and even sacrificed the cutest wedge shoes I absolutely do not know what I would have done without her help and would refer anyone to Mindy at Ryan-St. Marie!

It's been great to work with Ryan-St. Marie Agency! As a small business owner having the right insurance that will actually cover us if something unfortunate happens is huge. Mindy was incredibly thorough and helpful. She also assists in city registration (which is kind of a pain for us to do ourselves so this helps a ton) so that we can quickly obtain permits. I highly recommend Mindy, she's been awesome!
