The Barclay Group was founded in 1945 by Walter S. Barclay and has been serving the insurance needs of New Jersey Residents, Businesses, School Boards, Municipalities, Utility Authorities, and Emergency Squads continuously since that time. John S. Latimer joined the agency in 1964 and became President in 1965 and was succeeded by John A. Latimer, Esq.
Over the last decade or so, the agency's name was changed to The Barclay Group to reflect the additions of the Durgin Agency (Palmyra), Stevenson Agency (Beverly), Thomas Agency (Cherry Hill), Falcone Agency (Deptford), Insurance Outlet (Turnersville), Conrad Agency (Audubon), Wooden Agency (Riverside), Hess Associates (Cherry Hill), Silenzio Agency (Maple Shade), Harrington Agency (Sewell), Adams Agency (Audubon) and American Insurance Agency (Pennsauken).

I'm the customer that seems to always push things to the last minute. I know it must drive them nuts but they are always accommodating to me. Kevin McGinnis and Monica Caza treat me like family, actually even better. They know when I have an insurance question it's fleeting because it's not a subject I want to linger on. I've been doing business with Barclay Group so long, I worked with some of them when they were Conrad Insurance. Everyone is always helpful. I miss working with Betty but she moved into another department. Debbie has worked miracles for me this year. I just this year sold my house & moved into an apartment. She's been great with all the details & explaining everything.
