I called previously to ask if they write 1$ a day insurance through medicaid. as I walk into the office i'm greeted by an employee who proceeds to tell me that they dont deal with that insurance (most likely because it doesnt bring them profit because its threw the state) but when i breifed her on my conversation with someone there her next excuse was that they ran out of ID cards. so which one is it? Moral of the story is that if you get help from the goverment expect to be treated different at valvano. Thank you
