I don't know how this agency even keeps open. I have been trying to update my policy for weeks and have tried calling on numerous occasions the past 3 days with no answer. I have left messages and no one has returned my call. Not to mention, they have been virtually NO help for the years I have had my policies. I was hoping my new agent (the previous one was either fired or quit) was going to improve the quality of service, but that has not been the case.

I finally took my business directly to the insurance company where my policies were written, saved money and actually talked with a helpful agent. I fired Garrett Insurance Agency. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Critical: Professionalism and more. "Disconnected". If that's what you call it. Asking for all my vehicles VINs and more info necessary to provide a quote disrespects use of potential clients time when the make/models are known. And then the attitude.

Was very Informative about the insurance and companies I need for new Medicare Plans and enrollment. I will be getting my health insurance needs info and plans threw them.

I have had my home insured for 7 years. They are courteous, knowledgeable and customer service oriented agency. Great people to work with.

They are very quick to send an adjuster and handle our claims. They are also most affordable!

My insurance is with Garret Insurance through Central. I've always been treated with friendliness and respect. I haven't had a claim yet (God forbid) but I do believe they would be they would make it easy for me as they're a great bunch of guys. I prefer a local agency rather than some anonymous big corporation. They're local people too so that's another reason to trust their advice.
