Holly is absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, she was helpful in regards to helping us resolve a payment issue from our escrow account. In addition to that, she also helped us update our mailing address from one of our properties. Leslie Melendez helped me and my wife out so much with our auto claim. My wife was backed into in a parking lot and the responsible party was unresponsive even though they gave us their insurance company. Leslie helped fight for us to make sure that we did not have to use our insurance for the repairs that we did not cause. We are very grateful for her friendly and hard work. I spoke with Jaqueline Guzman on 01/12/22. She was extremely courteous and she was very knowledgeable of the company's policy.
