I spoke to Kelly Amorim to review and quote my insurance requirements. After a extensive phono call asking questions about my existing insurance that I have never been asked in all my years purchasing insurance. After the phone call I sent her copies of my existing policies for her review and reference. The following day less than 24 hours I had quotes on my Home owners, car and umbrella polices. This is the first time in my adult life that I have worked with an independent agency and what a fabulous experience. For the last week I have worked with Kelly A. to change over all (4) insurance policies in an attempt to save money. She was fabulous to work with since this all still had to be done via phone or email due to COVID. She was clear what documents she needed, she was very responsive and timely through her emails, she quickly answered all my questions and saved me money!

Even the last day we communicated, I had missed her morning email and she checked in later in the day to see if we were OK because she hadn't heard back from me.
