Rejean Remillard began his insurance career in 1970, selling life and health insurance. He soon became the regional sales manager for Prudential Life Insurance Company. Rejean opened his own Independent Agency and expanded his business by adding the sale of property and casualty insurance. In 1987 the office was relocated to Feeding Hills and has remained in the Agawam/Feeding Hills area eversince. The agency was incorporated in 2003 and currently provides Personal and Commercial Insurance to both Massachusetts and Connecticut residents and business owners.
Services
We have contracts with several personal lines carriers which allow us to shop your policies for the most cost-effective plan. As an Independent Agency, we have the ability to compare rates with several auto insurance carriers. Everyone's circumstances are different, and we have companies that can address a variety of different exposures.
In the event of an auto accident, do your best to obtain as much information from the other party as possible. If the police are called, be sure to obtain a copy of the information exchange form prepared by the officer at the scene. This will provide you with the information you will need regarding the other vehicle(s) involved in your accident.

VERY RUDE! There was some confusion from my employer with my initial policy. After getting everything straightened out and getting the correct policy, Mike was supposed to cancel the initial, wrong policy, He never cancelled it and I was getting billed for the last 3 months. When I contacted Mike to tell him, all he did was YELL at me telling me it was my fault, not his and that I might need the other policy. Keep talking over me and was very, VERY rude and unproffesional. Never using Remillard again!

I have been a customer for pretty close to 20 years now. These are good and decent people who know what they are talking about and arent just trying to make a quick buck. They will not try to sell you products you don't need. If there does come a day when you need to file a claim they will help you with all of it. Have a special circumstance such as a recent divorce, death of a loved one or a more joyous occasion such as buying a house or sending kids off to college? They can help you navigate through it all.

Horrible. Horrible. HORRIBLE. Front desk agents are rude and passive aggressive. Act annoyed when you call for information as a client. I've never met such condescending people in my life. When my policy is up I will take my business elsewhere. It's a shame when a person would rather call a 1800 number than go into a local office. If this insurance agency went out of business I wouldn't be surprised. Millennials have many options when it comes to insurance.
