I have know Sarah for a while and this year changed my business insurance over to her. I have been in business 49 years, so business insurance us not new to me. The last 3 years I was insured with another agency, and it was a complete mess. Communication was as close to non existent as possible. Sarah is accessible, has instant answers to most questions, and best if all, when she does not have an instant answer, she gets back yo you in a timely manner with sound advice. Very happy I made the switch.

Switched to Leslie Ray when we bought a house in a flood zone in Essex. David found us flood insurance through Lloyd's which saved us a bundle versus buying from the Fed. We have house, cars, umbrella and boat insured via the agency. Service from Robin and Shannon has been superb. I highly recommend.

Lesley Ray Insurance is a well-run and customer-focused gem. They are smart, responsive and so very easy - no question is a problem for them and they always respond quickly. They are a joy to work with when many service companies require you to 'take a number. We used the services of another insurance agency for our technology business and their lack of knowledge and attention to detail caused us to look for a new agency.
