RogersGray has always come through for me, currently with automobile insurance issues. My parked car had a tree fall on it out of state around Thanksgiving. My agent and everyone else who is available have been very encouraging and helpful, and able to explain each step of the process as needed. I would feel overwhelmed without them! They are very professional, while being customer and service conscious.

Starting august 2021 I submitted an online contact request who I was then contacted by Toni about setting up some liability insurance for a business I was starting. She was helpful at first, then just fell off the map and did not get back to me with a quote. I spoke with my local RG office and they told me to speak with Gary about my needs. I contacted Gary who put me back in touch with Toni as there was an open quote. when the time Toni asked questions and had me fill out applications and then fell off the map again and just stopped with the whole process and never got back to me (this is now early December 2021).

Normally I don't write reviews like this I just take ny business elsewhere (which I've already done). I wasted too much of my time and would hope this review will prevent another small business owner from wasting as much time as I did with Rogers and gray. Disappointed to say the least.

All interactions with Jeff were gracious, timely, affirming, and professional. In this day and age, highly appreciated having a contact who was personally involved, available, and responsive by both email and direct phone contact. Such service will lead to long term loyalty by customers to stay with RogersGray.

Nicole has gone above and beyond for us several times. She was able to straighten out a problem I had purchasing my lease vehicle. I would recommend Rogers and Gray to anyone looking for insurance. We have used them for over 20 years

Nicole (Client Manager) is timely (responding to emails and calls), proactive and knowledgeable. While I've only met her once, I feel she knows me and knows what we need. Very grateful for her expertise! I was in the insurance industry for 30 years, and I know superior customer service when I see it. I see it @ RogersGray.

I have been with Rogers & Gray for 8 years. When I bought my house they were able to help me acquire coverage for my home. Haven't needed to contact them much during that time but when I did they were always very responsive and were always there to address my needs.

We have been with Rogers & Gray for over 25 years with all our automobiles and RV's. Currently have 2 autos and a 40' RV. Their customer service is next to none. Fortunately we have only had a couple small claim requests and they were extremely helpful and timely. Happy to renew with them each year.

R&G helped us craft the best HO policy specifically geared to Cape Cod. Our former company of 30 years was not suited to the Cape. It had an extremely high wind deductible. You advised of the low cost Umbrella liability protection rider. Great auto coverage. We are very happy we were referred to Rogers & Gray when we purchased our home.

We appreciate Rogers & Gray's assistance in helping us find a better home owners' policy. We have improved coverage at a lower annual premium cost. It was great to have our agent's guidance and patience answering all of our questions to ensure we selected the best policy and coverages.

Her turn-around time and communication to me was amazing. In less than 24 hours, he was added to my plan and my stress level went down knowing that he was covered.
