For many years I have maintained several Charles Sellers Policies. The company has been responsive and efficient. Recently I was hospitalized and the company provided insured benefits. AsI depend on pension income I began to query my needs for insurance premium expense. Therefore I elected to discontinue an Accidental Death and Injury policy and so emailed my intent to Charles Sellers Fortunately one of their representatives Ms Sheila Glassford called me and reiterated the benefits and low cost of this Policy.
Upon reflection I realized Ms Glassford was so right! I therefor will keep the policy. I am appreciative of the sound advice and personal attention of Charles Sellers & Co. as exemplified by Ms Glassford's call.

My relationship with Sellers insurance company began around 1980 when Charlie made a visit to the hospital where I had just begun work in the Emergency Department. I was in robust health yet humble enough to respect his advice. I purchased what he recommended and sure enough the time came when I needed that disability insurance. I am so fortunate that Charlie had educated me about 'specialty specific' and 'waiver of premium' terminology, and I listened to him.
When issues came up over the years, I turned to Sellers Agency for help and they always had my back, particularly Tom Sellers and Norma Czosnyka. Fast forward three decades.now at an age when it is important for me to assess life insurance issues to make sure my daughter will be secure. Unfortunately, the life policies were not from Sellers and I was facing obstacles that I did not understand and could not resolve.
One policy, I was told, no longer existed! Tom Sellers agreed to help me, despite the fact that he had not sold me the policies. Within two weeks, simply by asking the right questions, thanks to Tom (and Norma), all issues with two separate carriers were completely resolved. The take away from all of this is that the integrity of the Sellers folks that I first came to rely on way back in the '90s, brought me back again three decades later for help because I knew I could trust them.
As a single parent, I needed that trust to make sure things would be right for my daughter. Tom Sellers, once again, delivered on wisdom, knowledge, integrity and trust.
