Our office may not be open 24 hours a day but we understand how important it is for customers to request policy changes, report claims, and request other assistance from us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. I've used Cotten Coverage to insure my primary residence in the past and had a great experience with them. Thanks recently needed to insure my summer home quickly when my previous policy was canceled without notice. It should have been simple but since that house is for sale, it was more challenging. Karen stayed on it until I had a good policy at a fair price. They are a great local business.

I have been working with Gena at Cotten coverage for several years now. After using insurance companies both direct and through other brokers, it's clear that this has been my best choice yet.
