I have been dealing with Allan Twitty, and of course Dominica, probably for the last 25 years. He has always helped me get best Insurance and the best price. We had a huge loss a few years ago, and all went super smoothly, I can say if our insurance wasn't as good as it was we probably would not be in business today. This week, I called Allan for a quote for pollution liability insurance. Allan was extraordinarily courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of good advice, including trying to honor the retroactive coverage that is currently in place at the site. He is, very simply, an outstanding agent. Many agents just take their customers' orders and don't bother to understand the risks that customers are trying to insure and how best to mitigate those risks.
