Did not forward renewal notices to my current address, after receiving notice that they were not being delivered by the insurance company that wrote the policy, they were aware this was a rental property and that the street names had been changed in the area they serve due to a 911 restricting, this resulted in a lapse of coverage, when told of the issue was told that management no longer wanted to do business with me, this after paying policy premiums for several years, and dealing with the poor service I received while using this policy for a flood incident during the flood of 2011 in which I had to obtain services of a lawyer this was out of the Athens /Sayre office
