Most Insurance

Our home was insured with Most as our Broker. We received an email from Most that or home insurance company was "being ordered to liquidate" and that our insurance would continue for only 24 more days. Also in the email "Do not worry! We are working to secure replacement coverage for you and your account manager will be reaching out shortly to review options with you." I did not hear from Most and called them a few days the date our insurance was supposed to disappear and asked them about the replacement coverage.

They said they sent an email (which I never received) saying they couldn't find replacement coverage because my roof was too old. They were uninterested in helping me and finally hung up on me. I'm afraid most failed me as my broker and would not recommend them.

Extremely high rates given to me as "best quotes, " terrible communication, error-prone work. I thought it was just the agent I had, so I switched to another, only to be given even higher quotes. Do not waste your time; I wasted a year of mine.

Great insurance company. When I first moved to FL I searched for an insurance agent and Google turned up Most Insurance. I took a ride over and while explaining to the receptionist my situation having just moved to FL the owner Bob overheard our discussion and came out of his office, shook my hand, and introduced himself. From there I was turned over to Corey who helped set me up with a new policy for the state of FL.

Quick and easy. From then on whenever I had a question or needed to update my policy Corey was only a phone call or email away and would get things taken care of with the quickness. Great dude. Since they've relocated their office I've been dealing with Jennifer and I couldn't ask for a better agent. Simply put she is amazing at what she does and has saved me a bunch of money.
