Affable Northside Insurance

I had an auto policy through progressive with John. He was disorganized and never knew what was going on with my policy. I was over drafted multiple times and when i called in to ask why he was just as clueless as i was. My account was drafted an additional $900 ON CHRISTMAS because my proof of residency was never sent in by John. I just got reimbursed 6 months later.

I work in insurance sales and never write bad reviews because I deal with customer service issues every day, but John's lack of attention to detail was to careless to let this go. John could have done a lot better. I do not recommend this agency.

John and Dave are the best when shopping for auto insurance.

These guys know all in in's and out's of the insurance industry! They will fight for you, highly recommended.

We have been a customer of Northside insurance inc Tampa, Fl for two years and would not recommend, here is why; (1) two years ago denied receiving a 4pt inspection report for our home, that was sent to them, after securing a second report (that's another $tory of woe) at an addition cost to us, Northside Insurance now two years later says they have the fir$t one as well as the $econd.ca-ching. (2)We have been asking for a refund of this years premium after securing a lower cost and more inclusive policy, I now have two policies and my mortgage payment has increased approx. $100 a month. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth.

This could have been avoided if one of the clerks employed by Northside Insurance had done their job. I asked one of the owners to call me, no response. I have today contacted the State of Florida Insurance Commissioners office. From my experience Northside Insurance Inc. Tampa, Fl is a non-performer. "Just the Facts Mam. Just the Facts".12-10-14 received refund today, however the facts remain, I am not accustomed to begging for my own money.

I would recommend retraining of personnel on how to handle customers. I spent 20 plus years as a licensed. Insurance Broker in the State of Florida and never considered any shabby treatment of a client as I have received.
