Family based. Paul Schwend was raised in Callahan and inherited his business sense from his father who was our families agent for years. Great service and love for all the customers and the whole community. Will never change. Love that he is teaching his children the business. They have the same attitude. Difficult to get through phone during late mornings, mid afternoons. Not sure if they are at luch at the same time, but if they are, I wish they would provide the lunch hours on the website (under hours). Otherwise, GREAT service!
