I would like to retract my previous review which was negative, to say the least. I was upset. First, there were missed communications between Mr. Guzman and myself and I believed they were ignoring my need for assistance. The problems that I encountered were not with Justin but the Gator Insurance before he took control. I've also run into the situation that you may have seen in the news of homeowner insurance companies not living up to their commitment and then going away.

I would endorse the current Gator Insurance Agency, and Principal agent, Justin Guzman 100%. He has taken the time to follow through to help me with my situation, and I feel very confident.

Have been coming here for 5 years for Auto Insurance. Had them back in 2017. Moved out of state, then returned back to Florida. Upon returning, one of my first stops was Gator Insurance. Agent Minnie was VERY helpful, and got me in and out with new insurance in about 15 minutes. She was highly knowledgeable about different policies and helped me pick the right one suited for myself and my vehicle. I rarely write reviews but Gator Insurance deserves the praise.

Justin has gone through a lot with me, he is always so upbeat, I may not like some of the Ins. Co.'s attitude (not Gator) but it is what it is. I still find it hard after 52 years of no accidents, tickets, DUI's, that a $500.00 bump can cause you all this anxiety. Even the Lady I bumped sent me a thank you card for restoring her faith in human beings.

As for Justin, he is professional, loves a good laugh, does a great job, goes over and above and I would recommend him highly as anyone's agent/friend. It is always so nice to chat with Justin, he makes you feel great for the rest of the day. It is always nice to have such a great insurance agent. BRAVO, WELL DONE!

I am currently writing this review as I wait on hold to speak to Megan for now over 15 minutes to ask a few questions about the policy she wrote that is has countless conflicting numbers. She had not answered or returned any calls, emails that my wife or I have have sent for now has been two weeks. I sent an email to the co-owner Jeremy, to see if maybe he could help yesterday with no response.

When they finally got back to me while waiting on hold, they said they very busy and will try and get back with me soon. Not an organization I would work with or recommend. And If insurance companies review this please look into what this company is doing.

Critical: Responsiveness I can't seem to get a quote from them. My car insurance had lapsed, I gave them all of the information requested and have nothing. I had to go back to Geico out of efficiency. I would like to have stayed local but I had no choice.
